Yeah, no.

I've thought of one many times. Something Polynesian to reflect the heritage I don't actually have. Then I realize tattoos are a passing fancy rendered permanent.

Nothing wrong with family ink, I've got that.
It takes a quiver to do that.

That is a good one.  Looks like the guy has a sense of humor.   People get tattoos for all sort of reasons. Some get them spur of the moment and some get them after thinking about them for a long time.  Depends on each individual. It will be yours so do what you want to do.

It helps to get really drunk with a bunch of buds and then go together.
Then the next day you realize you should have stayed home. Yikes I did that.

Nobody should go all Post Malone, Lil' Wayne, or Tekashi69, they insult ink by making themselves look like doodle pads or Peechee folders from high school.
It takes a quiver to do that.

I still want to get "Saskatchewan" tattooed on my unit, but it's gonna have to be six-point type. And even then it will usually say "Swan". Or maybe "Welcome to Jamaica and have a nice day".

I was joking about the tat....every time I think of getting one I decide I have better places to spend my money....maybe I should just DIY.....:)

My daughter surprised me one time when I went down to her house to help her "paint" one time. She wanted a tattoo of a cherry blossom and wanted me to do it..(we planted a cherry tree together in the yard when she was little).. a friend of hers had the gear. 1st, only, and I imagine last one I'll ever do...:)

If you're going to do one, might as well have some lasting meaning. I really kind of wanted one but Diane laughed me out of it.

Guess I am showing my age,  but I cannot figure out for the life of me why people are into Tatoos. Too many potential health risks......and I don't like to waste money on stuff like "body art".
Now maybe I would consider...DNR on my chest,  but it could be a sticker rather than a tat.... 8)

Ok.
Let me get this strait.
You did your daughters tattoo?

How cool is that?

Wow!
Nice.

When my sedond youngest daughter came home with a boy one time I put a scorpion on my neck.
Little gumball thing that had been laying on the counter forevever.

I held a strait face long enough for it to do it's thing.

It was lots of fun.
Thank gosh she married someone else.

This is why temporary tattoos exist.

Get your Ya-Yas and by the time you realize you did something stupid, it is starting to disappear.
