Diy foil builder new foil mould
« on: July 08, 2018, 05:15:41 PM »
Just starting a sup foil build.

I Just thought i would share my technique.
I have built 3 previous in this way for kite foils, each time getting more refined.

The timber is Balsa 9.5mm planks.

Cheers

Seems like a great idea to mold the mast and plate as one piece.  Should be stronger and you avoid the stress of trying to get it on straight.
