I hear ya, but if you can't find one soon, consider
https://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/spo/d/boardworks-paddle-surf-hawaii/6694694427.html

from Brownsugahs thread
I know it's wider, but the rocker's killer
Too many for the rack
Some in the shack
Some under decks
Some have straps

Can somebody find this guy a Bombora?

FP:  Alternately you could look into a 12' Paddle Surf Hawaii gun.  There might be some of them floating around out there still.

I have also heard that Blane Chambers is back with PSH - He founded it then got flushed out.  You could try hunting him down on the dark web.

I know there is a PSH 12' gun here for sale in Florida but I doubt you want to deal with shipping that, but I can direct you if you want.

Still on the hunt... I found one in Canada, but shipping is going to cost more than the board. So still searching.

What will you be using it for? Giant waves?

One reason there aren't any on the east coast is because we don't have conditions big enough for a board like that.

It's made for big wave surfing. It has way too much rocker to be used for anything else.

It will surf better than my 14x23 race board (which is what I surf now.) I'd like to try it when we have downwinders that the waves are stacked so close my 14 doesn't fit between them. It would nice to have for friends to sandbag races on a "surf sup" or for kids to race on.  And if I want to do cadance work for race training I can do miles on it with a smaller paddle.

Do I need it? No. Would I like playing with it, yes.

I can guarantee that it won't work downwind due to the rocker. The Bombora needs a steep face and a lot of speed to plane.

You might consider the M-12'6. It will do all those things you want and it's very fun to surf.

I was playing with the idea of one of those as well.

According to Jimmy: "The bombora has a more pulled in outline like a big wave gun, its a very smooth riding board meant for clean long drawn out turns and holding its edge, it would be fun in small waves if you we’re doing that mellow type of surfing, but it wouldn’t be ideal if your trying to do more performance/responsive type surfing"

Too bad they are out of stock on the JL Sale.

If you are considering the M-12'6

According to Jimmy: M- Series should also be on sale, we have some 12’6” and 14’ in stock, I will let our web editor know to fix that.  The sale price for the M-12’6” is $1,149 the 14’ would be $1,175.00.  We have have the 12’6” in Green, Maroon and Yellow.  We have the 14’ in Blue and well as light blue.
in progress...
