Just found some lost footage from a Surfers Healing event at Malibu that we helped out with back in 2010...

The pure stoke from these kids with autism in this clip as they ride some perfect Malibu waves guided by some pro level surfers, is guaranteed to put a smile on your face...and, a warm fuzzy in your heart...

My wifey, Deb, has been a Special Ed teacher for over 3 decades...she has a slew of credentials...utilizes the latest adaptive technologies...etc...but, none of it compared to the results that she saw the moment these kids got on a board...

So, we brought a bunch of SUP boards down to the event that could be tandem surfed and were plugged into the finely machined gears of the Paskowitz surf camp organization...now into it's 21st year...

They have a bunch of events scheduled at East and West Coast beaches for 2018...as well as a few other spots around the world...they would love for volunteers to show up and lend a hand, if you are so inclined...

We have something similar in the state of Texas for special needs kids named "Waves of Impact". It is located on Padre Island.
