The young child on the Hobie, that board is an older model ATR-II and it looks to be the 10' sup. My first sup was also an ATR-II and looked just like that, but mine was (12'2").

NW - That Hobie was my second board. My first real 'chosen' purchase, as my first board was a giant Surftech Universal that I noticed outside of REI in Seattle, being sold as a former demo. So more of a whim, having never been on a SUP before. Crazy how the first time on that 11'6 (I think) huge liter battleship I was unsteady and wondering if I would ever get comfortable doing this.  That Hobie was 11'2 x 31.5". Which is also large but when I got it I really considered myself as downsizing. It was hell of a lot lighter. And I was (and still am) a Hobie fan boy.

Resurrecting this old thread to see if anyone has a list of small child sized flat water touring SUPs and paddles?

And by small child I mean 3 foot and 35 pounds.
