I need to ask a question and I hope it doesn't ruffle your feathers in any way towards me because irritating you is not my intent.

Did you speedup/compress this video somehow to get more things to see in it for an 8 minute video? I'm asking because it started to give me a headache when you went down to the event at the beach and about 4 minutes into it, my headache really got bad and I just had to quit watching the video and get out of it.

I thought it might have been my computer acting up or maybe Vimeo's format had changed. So I got on Vimeo's site, looked at one video and it seemed fine with a regular video without all the herky-jerkyness in it.

I'm only bringing this up because it reminds me of people who have a condition known as "photosensitive epilepsy" where exposure to flashing lights at certain intensities or to certain visual patterns can trigger seizures. I don't have epilepsy, but for some reason, I think there is something in this particular video which triggered my headache.

I've watched other videos from you and no problems, but this one is an exception.

It has taken me about 5 minutes to type this post and my severe headache is now gone. Just food for thought.

Sorry about the headache.. After a problem.. and a clean and factory reset on my computer.. I found some of my movie files that I thought were lost.. and it was a bit of a rush job with the vid.

The sped up sections were both in an effort to show most of what I had without it being to long and boring.. The jerkiness didn't happen initially but Ive noticed the same as you on playback.

Bummer..

I like viewing your videos. They're great. I pickup on things I see in them and whatever catches my eye, I play the video again and sometimes stop the video in mid stream. I've NEVER found them to be "too long and/or boring". If anything, your videos are "addictive" (at least for me).

I hope you continue to share your videos here on the Zoner site. They are a pleasant "Down Under" fix for my sup addiction.  ;)

You are the undisputed champ of the SUP video, DJ. So many inventive little moments to enjoy there. Bravo.
