Your comment above beat me to it. I was going to mention it in this post since at 11'1" in length and with a 9" single fin, it should surf a nice uniform tanker wave.

Aloha Night Wing,
We just finished up several new USA built, vacuum bagged, bamboo deck/Ballis-Tech bottom and rails...SustainableSurf.org certified light and strong ECOBOARDS...including this 11'1" x 32" 215 liter One World Wide for Christian...

This is a bigger brother to the 11'1" x 30" @ 173 liter One World that we are building for you...

You will be interested to know that it came in at 22# 14oz...at the same time, we also finished a double sided vacuum bagged bamboo 10' x 31" Hammer at 170 liters that weighed in at
19# 6oz...so, extrapolating...yours should come in right around 20# or so...

@ WarDog

I imagine Christian will be enjoying seeing these pictures of his 11'1" x 32" One World.

Thanks for giving me some idea of the bare naked weight (20 lbs or so) of my 11'1 x 30" One World. With this "tentative" weight in mind, I did a little extrapolating of my own.

I figure with deck pad installed and with me installing 5 fins (2, 5"), (2, 4") and (1, 2.25" stubnub), my One World should come in somewhere around 24 lbs-25 lbs. Combined with the offset Blue Planet Sup Grip, it should be easy for me to carry (with my surgically repaired left and right shoulders) a long distance over uneven terrain (salt marshes) to walk to some of my not so easy to reach water launching points down on the upper Texas coast.

WarDog sent me, via an email, a mockup rendering of what my custom One World is going to look like. Keep in mind the mockup does "not" show the black colored deck pad (with kicker pad) attached.

Now comes the hard part for this post and that is posting a picture of the mockup. I had to reduce the pixel size from 1200 x 1200 to 800 x 800 pixels.

Aloha NW,
Here's a couple of looks at your board design from different angles...these are actual 3D renderings from the CAD shaping program file sent to the CNC machine...so, they show the actual template planform and volume distribution a bit better than the graphical mockup and build call outs...

Those actual 3D renderings really show the planform and the volume. Ditto for the rocker.

Looks nice. It will be interesting to see the progression of the board as it is being built.

BTW;  hope all is well with you, Deb, your dogs, your home and property where you live because of the mudslides we've been watching on the news around Santa Barbara.

Aloha NW,
Thanks for the nice thoughts...we were hoping and praying that 2018 would have gotten off to a better start...

Our shop and home are west of Montecito where the bulk of this tragedy occurred...but, everyone in this community has been affected...and, not everyone that lived there were multi-millionaire movie stars or gazillionaires...

http://www.latimes.com/local/california/la-me-montecito-mudslide-victims-stories-20180112-htmlstory.html

We have many friends and clients that live in Montecito that have been deeply and personally affected...not to mention our first responder friends that have been recently exposed to two back to back horrendous disasters...

We are holding onto decades of good memories of one of the most beautiful and enchanting areas in the country...but, it certainly has been changed forever...

Aloha NW,
Here's a couple of more build progress pics for you...this shows the sealed EPS core with the resin colored Ballis-Tech cloth on the bottom and rail wrap...
It is currently being prepped for vacuum bagging the bamboo deck on tomorrow...

It's probably just my weight, but I always think that a stringer is a good idea on a surf sup. I've seen too many bucked stringerless sup surf boards.
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

There is another school of thought explained to me by a well known shaper that a sup with a stringer can be more prone to snapping. It will flex and then snap suddenly if pushed too far.

Have had boards buckle with stringers. Sandwich style construction far stronger and less likely to snap. A well known Australian shaper pointed that out when I sent him a picture of a Cape Cod snapped board.

Ocean Beach in San Francisco, Hattaras in Carolina, and Cape Cod are three gnarly beachbreaks that snap and buckle all sorts of watercraft. I am sure there many others.
Let it come to you..
