What does the 120 in "Kai 120" signify?

Kai 120, Nalu 90, Maliko 160, Maliko 200, Maliko 280.  Do the go foil numbers mean anything?

Probably relative square inches, but not actual.

does any one know the span of the 3 new wings? Is the iwa same as the old maliko then the two new maliko even larger?

I think the numbers are approximate surface are in square inches, here is a short video showing the different wing sizes and yes the 200 and 280 are bigger than the original Maliko.

Had a conversation with Karla Aguera yesterday.  She said the Maliko is 1,600 cm^2 vs. the Iwa @ 1,800 cm^2. 

They apparently just abbreviate this as 160 and 180. 

This would mean the Maliko is actually 248 Inches^2 total planform area.

This is ~ 1.75 ft^2 which feels/looks more accurate aka 21 In. X 12 In. rectangular stretched out and given a touch of anhedral.
