Whoa! great quiver!   There is a current thread on Seabreaze with a couple of guys who have the B Line in AUS already.

Mind if I ask what the Liters are on your two RNB's?  Im a few pounds larger than you and used to have an RNB as well

Here's a video where Dave discusses the BLine shape and characteristics:

You can sort of think of it as a mix between a Blurr and a Round Nose Blurr. Not quite that simple though since the rocker is different. Really fun board but so is the RNB, as you're aware of.

the 8.2 RNB is 125 liters, i can stand in any chop, wind, current on this thing and it rips. the 7.11 is my waaaay stretch board at 98 liters.

i just ordered the 8.5 b-line, it is 115 liters and 30" wide, but the jet tail is way narrow and supposed to rip top to bottom.

i for sure have been on an odyssey this last year, prob be selling my starboard pros for the infinity quiver.

Watched the video and I would love to have one of those boards!  While it's right in line with the competition, the $2200 price tag slows me down a bit when I can get a non-Infinity custom for around $1400 or $1500.  Or CNC my own for under $1000.

I fell in love with Infinity boards during a trip to California back in 2012. Now I feel fortunate to be an Infinity dealer in Portugal. I'm 1,80 and 70 kg and I used to ride mainly Starboard Pro shapes (8'0 and 7'7) and I wnt to the B-Line 7'11 x 27'' (85 liters) thinking that I would struggle a little. This board is so stable that I've just ordered for 2018 a 7'7 x 26 (78,8 liters).
Here are a few photos of some fun with the board:

Great shots!

I might be in Portugal next summer for a week (small chance).  I might PM you in the spring for some advice!

Cool surfafrica. I'm based in Porto, in Northern Portugal. It's a great city to spend a few days and truly beautiful (it has been on the "To Go places" on most travel magazines and sites. And best of all, it's probably the best place for SUP in Europe. In the same location you have a wide variety of waves (from beginners to world classes waves), flatwater locations (in Douro River) and amazing conditions for downwind (I've already posted a few videos here). And we've been receiving a lot of pros (and non-pros) here, including Caio Vaz, who made a SUP Wave clinic with us (most of the photos I posted are from those 3 days).

Let me know and I'll help you out.

when are the best months for surf in Portugal?

It depends on what you're looking for. September and October usually have a lot of glassy days and you can enjoy the first swells with some size and temperatures are still pretty high. During winter you get a lot of classic days, with bigger swells (and medium size waves as well) and off-shore winds (and a bit cold). Summer is always fun, when it's also the best season for downwind (in the afternoon). To sum up, I would say that it's a bit like California, on weather and surf like (Portugal is considered the California of Europe).
