Tough board. No glass at all? Not even for a sanding layer?

Looks like you're wearing Depends(tm). Butt harnesses are never going to be fashionable. I didn't take mine off immediately this summer and my daughter said: "looks like you have a dookie in your drawers". Thanks, kid. I rip it off as soon as I get out of the water now.

That is crazy man. Composites are unbelievable sometimes. Half-assed construction has made us all lower out expectations.

When it comes to durability, that board was impressive the way "it could and take a kicking and keep on ticking".  ;)

I'm definitely going to file this for future reference and hope it comes in good use.

That was a good SUP torture test.  Here is another product that looks a lot more durable as well.  Plastic vs thermoset resin.

Innegra 4oz cloth with 6oz carbon over it. No netting, full on Innegra cloth. No sandwich, just plain 1.5 eps

Innegra doesn’t look impressive when you study the properties, but in use, it beats Kevlar.

Did you have any trouble getting it to lay down?

That's awesome! Which Innegra Styling and Construction? BGF HIN40, 31 or 33?

Eagle, those other boards weigh a ton. DW has made one that weighs nothing and you can't ding. That's the key. Kayaks are tough but dont wanna Cary or surf one. ;)

So is that the standard way to lay it up? This video below show few layups, the one with Innegra skin and
carbon core seem the most durable but I guess to much flex? That was really an eye opener. Thx for the vid.

Innegra is used in SUP boards paddles and rails.  As well canoes etc.  The custom NH 25 Eradicator paddled extremely smooth and dampened.  He used that board also on DW runs and was really fast on that board.  Remember he checked out my M14 at the Porteau boat launch before basically planing away from me.  He just jumped on his board and took off.
