How does the foil bolts mount to the top of the deck?  I don't see any bolt heads?

Bolts go straight in to foil thru the deck. It is advised that you use very large SS washers, so that you don't pull bolts thru deck, as could happen if you hit bottom. Bolts are not shown in video.

I like the fact that they put the handle at the balance point taking into account the foil being installed...may be the first company to do this.

Yes, the closeups were shot without the foil attached so don't show the screws on the deck side
