12' Atlantis Venom - Surfboard Warehouse - Australia

Two years on...   I love this board. When I first unwrapped it I thought myself a total F'ing idiot; "WTF is a cripple doing with a <29" board?"  Sunova introduced the 32" Point Break.. and I was further deflated.

Turns out - it's jittery but never simply dumped me?  I have no idea why it is stable.  I have had a helluva time with narrow boards.  My sense is there's maybe not too much rocker - so I am not paddling a hammock... m'mmm?

The nose is proud about 2'.  Paddling in the flats this moring it looks like a elf's shoe, but that 10' aft moves thru the water smartly.  I am hoping to get south this winter to find a small, slow wave.
