It’s prone, but it shows the potential in typical east coast wind slop.

I don’t think Mavericks foiling relates to those of us In Florida  🤪

DW: Keep the videos coming.  I was Foiling at Ocean Beach this past weekend and realized how different a beach break is vs. a true point break.  It's mellow then pitches.  You have to decide 'Do I go Left or Right?' and they have constantly varying personalities.  I think it would be harder to learn and I have been lucky to have been lucky to learn / live near a super mellow SOFT point break.

I hear you on the Mavericks thing because it is how I feel when I look at the videos from Hawaii.  I am just trying to keep up with the Hawaiian Jones.  But they are super motivational to see how far I have yet to go.

Speaking of Mavericks, here was one of my first successful rides taking off at 'Phlegm Balls.'   I hate the name so I refer to it as Flemers.  I was out foiling alone and could see these A frames pitching up.  From a distance they looked very approachable.  Up close more terrifying 8 to 10 foot drops that quickly softened.  This ride was a quick 200 yards but still left me 150 yards outside of Mushroom rock.  If I could have connected through the rocks it might have been a 700 yard ride.

Another 300 yards further West and I would be taking off at the Bowl of Mavericks.  Not ready for that, by any means, but I inching (yarding) closer.

Whacky but cool.  I might have to incorporate the electric bike into some of these antics.

I think I would lose my job if that wave was available to me everyday.

Thats epic.  Cool to see him casually flying by the surf skis at the end, I'm sure those guys are not used to getting passed like that.
