Just watched it courtesy of my welding helmets. We got near totality here at my shop, just a little slice at the top. Pretty cool. My bees went a little nutty.

We're only going to get 67% of the eclipse where I'm at in Texas. It's not as bright daytime wise as it usually is.

I watched it over the internet as it occurred in the Northwest.  The very sudden "blink out" from light to dark was startling.

Do you remeber the eclipse when we were kids in Allston--the Smith kids were running around shielding their eyes. Too funny.
