I used my Samsung S6 on FHD, this vimeo is only 720 so barely HD - and I should use my Sony RX100 the anti-shake is WAAAY better. I was trying a "paddle then coast/film" method - I'm not steady enough

But there are a couple good scenes - I'll post up some of the better stills when I can. I actually got up 2 days in a row at 6am maybe if I mix the two mornings and cut out more I can make a smoother video from the two days - we'll see - video editing takes patience and I'm terrible at patience.

That's some serious majestic lake to backwoods drainage ditch paddling.  ;D
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

It's a weird creek - we rarely get "slow water" like this. This creek if you go a upstream or downstream from the lakes is a rocky little thing you can't float a kayak in. So I guess drainage ditch is something you could call it - I don't know what you are comparing it to - we don't have drainage ditches here, at least nothing that looks like this.

I was referring to the spiral duct drain pipe (which was really just a bridge) that you pulled yourself through. I thought you had come to the end of the road when you hit that pipe. That's the beauty of the inflatable boards, they can go just about anywhere. They skim over shallow waters, and can be dragged across rocks without any damage. BBQ Salmon sounds really good about now.

Nice video. Talk about a leisurely paddle. Beautiful place too.

Thanks for sharing the video.

Oh! :D I was thinking - you must have lots of this sort of water - for me, we have LOTS of lakes, but it's fun to explore the winding path thru the lilies, that's the unusual part.
Yeah, it's a bridge - they even film one of those Alaska reality shows right there - Alaska Proof ( not the best one :D ) . Folding fins are a must-have for this route. I'd already gone downstream to get here, this was the return trip. Lots of tapping on the bottom but no problem when your fin tips back out of the way.
