Thanks, but are you sure the nose rocker is only 3 1/2"? Just asking because that seems very flat for a nose. It'll be fast but dropping in could be a bit gnarly!

I surf my 14' race board all the time, and it only has about 3" of nose rocker. It's all about how you takeoff, and how quick you get back.
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

Yea me too (on my 14' Fanatic).  But, I have also frequently buried the nose;  surprised I haven't snapped it yet.

Can't believe it's been so long since I did this board, I ended up selling it before my trip to aus so though I best build myself a new one. Essentially the same but with a more traditional look to the nose but went up to 10' in case I deside to do a comp and went down to 25" wide and 103l

here she is slightly of perspective in the pic but its looks like it should do the job, may even double up for a little prone without it looking totally out of place.

Colin McPhillips uses a slightly blown up long board for his daily sup. I see him on it all the time. Just waxed.
Here's a video with he and Mark Johnson talking about it.

Yes I can paddle most 9'2 mal's and have been tempted to just buy a nsp or similar pop out for the job, if I see a cheap 10' one I still probably would

supuk    Nice looking board. I like the rounded pin. Please keep us posted on the glassing.
