Earth's opposite side

From where you live, if you were to dig a hole to the other side of Earth from your backyard.

Among other things, it's interesting to see just how much of a majority of the land mass is in the northern hemisphere.

Cool! If they could suck Australia straight through you East Coast boys and girls could have a short flight to some rompin' surf and shrimp on the barbie!

I take it the dark spots are urban areas/population?  Gives a different take on India and China than a nature film would.
