Info Needed
« on: May 22, 2017, 02:54:58 PM »
Could anyone explain the differences between Ke Nalu products?  Shafts--- 100, 90' xtuff, xtuff(s), etc.  Blades--- Elite, Wiki, etc etc.
Now that supthecreek has shown me how easy it is to use the hot glue method, I will want a new paddle in the future.  74 blade, flexible shaft for old shoulders, a smaller shaft maybe for small hands.
I can't find the detailed info I need on Ke Nalu's website.  Thanks!

Thanks Jim!  Now that Rick has allayed my fears of hot glue, I might get a new paddle.

Rick is right, once you've tried it your concerns become just the opposite--I'd never buy a paddle that wasn't put together with hot glue. It's like they come pre-ruined.

I'd want a small blade, and a flexible shaft.  Maybe a small shaft as well.  Flatwater paddling and old shoulders.....

+1 you just get so used to it that it is difficult to absorb that some paddle might not allow this.
