Man... that looks like a great paddle spot robon. Great pics!

Thanks Weed. Here is my paddling route from yesterday. This is one of my favourite paddling trips and I normally like to make it a full loop, but I wouldn't have made it back for easter dinner, so a friend did the drop off and pick up. The current is picking up, so it was nice to be able to skip most of the upstream part.

Defense Islands, Howe Sound, British Columbia

The black and white here is a nice touch. Looks like a great spot.

This is my favorite shot from last summer, on a downwind run in the Gorge. A sizeable swell coming through the Hatchery and me just hanging on.

Doesn't look like much board left behind you. Must have been standing on the rudder pulley.

I thought that the surf season this Winter in California was kinda sucky...a few moments here and there...nothing really sizable sustained for back to back weeks...plus, wonky winds...high tides...water quality issues with the much needed rains...etc...but, some years it does come together for dreamy conditions...

I windsurfed for 30 years I've been on the injured reserve for a few years 9 surgeries. Just found out I have carpal tunnel in both hands and had an MRI done recently for my back so I only do sup tour paddling. As long as I'm near the water I'm a happy camper constantly trying to capture that killer shot. It's kind of like hunting but without a gun.  :)

I rarely get good shots with the paddle cam.  The top one is one of my favorites. The second one is my buddy with a cool angle.  The last one is that same friend gettin' rigged up!
