Back pain - new guidelines

So along with all of the other usual resistance band exercises I do,  I have started to do the basic Foundation Training moves. My back sure is making alot of noise (cracking, popping, etc) as I do these. I'll report back in a few weeks to let you know if I am "repaired" or "damaged".....
