Our SUPGrip handles cost less in bulk than the LiftSUP handle, so it would not raise the price to switch to our handles in production.  I suspect they still have stock of LiftSUP handles they have to use up before changing handles.  For a one off custom board it should only add about $20 in shipping costs to use our handle and less if they ordered several handles at once.

I've bought two of your handles and they are my favorite.  Easy to hold the board from any angle.  Easy to install, if you have glassing experience.
