Did someone say "creek"?  :)

Now this is a thread I can relate too.... exploring small winding streams, with lots to look at..... nice!
Great pictures, I love to see where others paddle.... it's like a small vacation for me.

Bears would be kind of freaky in a narrow stream..... nowhere to paddle away  :(

Yeah - bears - best viewed from a distance, or your truck....in the little creeks my only option would be to stand my ground. Even to try to turn around like likely cause me to fall in - and it would be too much like a sick wounded critter...

Speaking of nearly becoming bear poop - I think need a big pistol - like, a .44 is too small.
