Food for 45 km race

I paddle with woman that go to the 11 city's  race we paddle today 30 km but I think we have problem with food  I took 3 lt water with salt but no food she took 1.5 lt but when we come to the 26 km she have hard time

These are a couple that I use. The blocks are easier to pop in your mouth during a race. You need to take a recovery product afterwards as well. It will save your muscles from breaking down.

Thanks again how do you recover from day buy day paddle it's 5 day don't you need something more for that?
