DIY bungee rig

Hey y'all. I just received my Imagine Surfer sup and I'm want to add a bungee rig to the back of the sup but would rather not get a kit seeing as how I already have a few of the materials needed (3M double sided adhesive tape and bungee cord). So all i basically need are the hooks or rings to attach the bungee cord to.

The deck pad of the sup extends all the way to the aft end of board so what ever rings I get will have to be flexible enough to stick to a slightly curved surface (near the rails of the board). I want to avoid suction cups because the texture of the board is not entirely smooth.

So does anyone have any suggestions on some flexible bungee cord attach points for my sup and where I can buy them?

The cheap solution, and the way many tie down systems work is to simply thread bungee chord through the loops and tie it off. Many kits you can buy come this way, because all tie down setups are different sizes.
