Police Seek Surfer In Theft From 92-Year-Old

SAN DIEGO -- San Diego police said they are looking for an avid surfer suspected of stealing $13,000 in cash and Krugerrand gold coins from a 92-year-old woman.

Police said they were searching Wednesday for 34-year-old Raymond George Wilkins, who may have fled to Hawaii.

He was living with the woman and acting as her temporary caregiver in October when the theft occurred.

I think I saw him  selling weed and  hanging out at PB Point.

The "13k theft occured in October" (3 mo.s ago), but for the SD Union  that is "breaking news".
