New Personal Board getting cut

I'm always reading how 1 lb foam is sooooo fragile so I'm kinda paranoid about using it. Weight matters to me a lot so how do you get the shaped 1 lb blank delivered to Chelu without it getting damaged? And what will be your glass schedule and type of cloth for 1 lb foam?

I've been doing SUP's with 1 lb foam and a 1\8 bass stringer and the boards are very light and very strong. I don't have any dings or even shatters in any of my boards. Chelu just has it down so well.

No problem with 1 Lb. Everyone is paranoid that's never used it. We have 4 boards with 1 Lb and not one ding or pressure ding. LIGHT boards!

Did you do the 6,6,4 on top with 6,6 on the bottom? What kind of cloth, E or S?

I'm glad I asked because I thought the 4 on the top was for where you stand. So to clarify, the layers of 6,6,4 on the top cover the entire deck from nose to tail - and then you added a small patch of 6 where you stand?

Deck is 6+ 6 entire deck. 4 from tail to where you stand and a 6 patch where you stand only
