"I know that dude"!  8)

One could go into a mall in Kansas and ask a teenager "What is a surfer looking for?, and the answer will always be, "The perfect wave"

Congrats, Tommy O!  Your Prowave looks just like my neighbor's 2014 model. Noreaster toughness came through.

I forget how spoiled I am in Santa Cruz.  I went out yesterday, high winds and flat waves, caught nothing, short session, and I pouted back in.

Then, I realized, it was the first session I can ever remember where I didn't catch some kind of  couple of waves and how easy it is to become a brat in the face of our local L41 wave bounty and relatively mild conditions.

The surf instructor told me last week he liked the foggy days because it kept the Cali crowds from coming out who won't surf if there isn't sun or waves worthy of them.

Thanks everyone. I'm very honored. Got to surf with Dave twice. Great guy, all the guys from kings were super cool and surfed great. Fun contest. Yes it was the 2014 Fanatic ProWave. It's served me well. First at Easterns and first at US.  Thanks Jim K!
