This is the first time in two years I don't have another half-done board at the ready.

Tell me about it. Here's one of two half finished boards laying around my shop. This is getting glassed next week........ Actually it might have to be the week after:)

BTW, my wife was throwing these crutches out. I thought I could use them some where? Then it hit me.."Adjustable and removable glassing stand attachment to my shaping stands. They work great!

It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

TD-nice play with the crutches, lots of those at the secondhand store here. Is there something unique going on behind the Bahne box on the red one?

808up-Mahalo. I am a fan of your work and you have a talent for breaking things down and explaining them on the forums.

J,
It's been over a year since I started this project. I just keep putting it by the way side because I have other boards. It's not like I'm chomping at the bit to get this thing wet. Just another fun project. I have plans for a cool paint job on this board, so there is a lot more work to come. I'll revive the the thread as I get back at it. The stringer behind the box was totally gone, as was the foam on either side. The original fin box was cracked, so I just stuck a piece of IPE wood I had laying around in there. I like a little wood showing on a clasic longboard.  http://www.standupzone.com/forum/index.php/topic,21335.15.html
