Have had a 12 ft Island epoxy for over three weeks. Knocked out 8 mi SUP yesterday and looking to do 12 mi tomorrow. Then start hitting up some swells. I have a few questions if you have time.
What kind of adjustments have you made to your boards and why?
Where can I read about SUP adjustments?
I've been working on a fitness program while on my SUP board. If anyone has done the same please share some ideas w/me. Tell ya what the work out is helping me get to higher lvls pretty quick.
