Imperfect Pinline
« on: April 11, 2015, 08:30:57 PM »
I'm wanting to do an imperfect/irregular pinline on the board I'm currently working on. Whereas I would normally baste the area with resin to fill the weave where the line will be and use good tape well pressed down, I'm thinking I won't baste and will use less than quality tape not so well pressed down so I'll have a line with bleeding to achieve the desired effect.  Anyone have any help, thoughts, info, ideas, or suggestions for what I'm wanting to do?

Well you could have me do it. I'm the master of imperfect.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

Haha! Oh I think I could give you a run for your money, PB!

Of the many things I've learned in my brief board building career it's how to fix mistakes...because I've made PLENTY of them and continue to do so at an astonishing rate.  In fact, it's the only thing I do reasonably well.
