easy.  buy a windsurf travel bag. http://boardsportsschool.com/ has some in stock.  there are several "double windsurf" bags available, and many are in the 7-8 foot range.

I doubt you'll find a hard shell version, but my plan, for two boards, is to get two board bags, and then a larger double-board bag to fit both of those boards (in boardbags) in it.

Are windsurfer bags wide enough to handle the width of a sup? Just asking cuz my windsurfers were never that wide.

My windsurf bags are not wide enough for any of my SUPs not even my 29" wide Hobie.

Try SUPSports  ( Zone contributor) if you are looking for a shorter  SUP travel bag.  I picked up a bag for my 8'7" Jimmy Lewis and its a GREAT ..

Check out Vitamin Blue.  They'll make custom sizes too.

I made a travel case that works really well.

Reviving this thread - has anyone used the Dakine World Traveller to transport 2 SUP's? I'm debating taking two boards to Costa Rica on my next trip. Delta's allowance is 2, and up to 75 lbs.
