^ I like your life, Bob...

Dusk Patrol,

Yes........me to! Incredibly fortunate in so many ways......will see what is around the corner.......we have friends staying at our home in Tofino who have just been through the wringer....using this time as a retreat to regroup and heal. There is truly something magical about this area of the coast that deserves protection. The only way to understand it is to experience this place....hard to put into words.

Sincerely

Bob

One could go into a mall in Kansas and ask a teenager "What is a surfer looking for?, and the answer will always be, "The perfect wave"

My wife's VW Routan as we pulled into the Charles Island SUP Cup. On top is an NSP 14' Race, an Amundsen 12'6", and a Bic 8'4". My god did those bags wump against the roof. I bungie and wrapped them, but still the jumping. Next time I'm going to wrap the board in a spiral.

This was in Milford, CT. Kirsten, her sister, and I raced. This was Kirsten's first race. I got first place in the rec class, race board class, 50+.

My god did those bags wump against the roof. I bungie and wrapped them, but still the jumping. Next time I'm going to wrap the board in a spiral.

My unlimited bag is loose because it was made for a thicker wider board, so it will wump against the roof of my Element. I started with extra bungie cords, but that only partially helped. So as you suggested, I partially spiral wrapped my bag with rope and that did the ticket.
It's not overhead to me!

Designed for style...of course, obviously.... but also keeps the sun off the "sticks".

Not mine, but looks like a pretty good setup:
