Hey SSG are you looking to upsize your quiver? Maybe you gained 25 lbs? Hmmm. It's about time Naish came out with a performance big guy board. There was a real void in their line-up. I'll bet they sell tons. It will be interesting to see at that price anyway. My big guy Infinity is waiting for me at the shop. It's 9' x 31" x5" or so and around 160 L. Is this possible? This is my step-down from my 9'6" Allwave. Ordered it this summer and it took forever. Really hope it doesn't give me too much trouble. I plan to get out there soon to pick it up. All I have is a couple pics to look at daily:

Looks beautiful! Report back on how it shreds!
Taller than most, shorter than others.

any suggestions on where I can see one of these in person in the SF Bay area?  Even better, where to demo one (not holding my breath on that one)?

I'm told we will have them in California mid February.  I can't wait to try one.

Great Video DJ!

Any trick to how you mounted your camera on the paddle?
Jimmy Lewis Black & Blue Noserider 10'1"x31"x4.25," 164 liters, 24 lbs, 1 box
Pearson Laird Surftech Longboard 10'6"x23"x29.75"x18"x4.375," 154 liters, 24 lbs, 3 boxes

JC in last clip!  In a full wetsuit when DJ you have just a vest.  Ask JC what's up with that?

Anyway I liked the music and your very smooth  handling of the paddle.  I don't prefer nose mounted cams like John's vid.  Got a weak stomach.

How far offshore is your break?

Thanks.. It's a bit hard to make something out of nothing (the waves).. We knew it would be only small.. But not quite that small.

I just cut the black plastic plate that the GoPro's come mounted on in the packaging.. and duct tape it too the blade.. Carry the GoPro in my boardies pocket.. and without a floaty on the camera I have a short thin rope around the paddle shaft and attached to the camera just in case it comes off.

It was high tide in that vid.. Once I pealed the tape off and gave up on filming the waves got better and better.. Should have left the plate on the blade because it doesn't effect paddling much without the camera attached.

Thanks Bill.. The music is a band called The a White Buffalo.

Jonathan paddled up to us with his wettie pealed down.. Didn't really need it.. It was a bit cool with a light south wind (straight off Antarctica) and it got chilly when the sun went behing a cloud.. and also Jonathan is a bit soft..  ;D

The break where we park is about 200 yards off shore but we paddle out and around it (because it's often crowded) and we paddle about a 1/4 of a mile up the coast to the next point where we often have it to ourselves.
