That's a really good looking board! I love the color..... looks more like a prone board.... good thing it says standup on it  :D

It looks like the layup is very similar to the Hobie RAW series.

That would be too small for me to prone surf on.  :-[
Really good looking board. What would you guess, 23" wide?

He claims is 7'5"x25".
When Noa is bored, he goes finless. I tried to paddle this thing, and it was rather difficult to get up any speed...being as I sank to my waist.

He paddled my 8'0" back over me, and while standing, hops back onto his board like you'd step off the sidewalk.  WTF?!

:)

Ah the joy of being young.

Imagine if standup was around when we were his age.  Nice fantasy.

Looks like I stumbled on the "Performance" page. Nice riding and fotos, C-Sweeper.
One could go into a mall in Kansas and ask a teenager "What is a surfer looking for?, and the answer will always be, "The perfect wave"

C-Sweep is here on Maui, in fact he's staying in our extra room.  He's been out in the water everyday, paddling and catching some residual small waves that seem to always be present this time of year.  We're waiting for a new swell that has yet to arrive on Maui but is hitting N Shore Oahu.  Maybe this afternoon.  C-Sweep is very impressive on his 8' which as he says is his bigger board.  This morning we paddled out in light offshores that became strong.  Hopefully we're getting tuned up for whatever finally comes.  Here he is bending what appears to be a wet noodle.  Jeremy took this... the best quick draw camera guy around.  Looks sloppy in the pic but in the next half second the wave turns inside out.

Of course JR has been relentless with exploratory paddles out to outer reef breaks.  C-sweep doesn't blink at the extra yardage.  He has great adaption to the scene around here.

I don't know, but Rob and the Rob Machado foundation deserve a big thanks for all the new trash cans installed on the beach at Cardiff.

I got to see Rob Machado in the water for the first time the other week, I have never seen anyone generate so much speed before! It was my first experience being out with a Pro in the water and it really shows the difference between the Pros and everyone else.
