That was a great "off the lip" sequence.  I wonder if you couldn't crop it down and animate it for a really cool Avatar?  I suck at stuff like that or I'd try myself.

Sweet! That wave behind it looks awfully close.

Looks like your are on the 8'.... No love for the 7'7" anymore? I sold mine so now it's a 2012 or 2014 7'7" quiver.
Don't forget to bring a towel!

Some footage from last year...

JL had a demo day. I tried out their "kids" model. Fun board.

Nice paddle transfers.... fast! I'm too lazy to change for quick back to back turns... and my turns suffer. I have to try harder ;D

You weren't on your little starby last year? That Flyweight looks pretty big in comparison.

What blew my mind was the quickness of the paddling 360 you did before catching the first wave.  Looking good pal.

Thanks guys!

I used Photoshop. Which to me, is a difficult program to learn. I Googled how to do it. :)

Or, do you mean...how to turn? :p

That is such a nice cut back and paddle gouge!

I try to do those weak side paddle turn cutbacks (or whatever they are called?) whenever I can.  I'm really surprised more sup surfers don't do those kind of turns.  It seems to pull the board around faster without loosing speed.  Plus it looks really cool :D
