Please recommend a good freestanding J-rack for my pier

I'm looking to buy a freestanding two-board rack to place on top of my pier during the season here at Lake Tahoe. It can get gusty, so I'm concerned about it blowing off if its not anchored, but we don't have posts to anchor anything to; I'm not sure if thats even a valid concern, but my board did blow off one night, so its on my mind. I'm thinking a J-rack, so it's easier for me to lift my board. As you can see, it's a haul to get down there with my board. Any recommendations?

They make SUP, kayak, and canoe racks and they seem to be pretty bomber (but if you're reasonably handy/know how to weld you could probably make your own for a fraction of the price - my friend paid $400+ dollars for the rack  ).
