We got to see U2's iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE concert tour twice when they played LA back in May...but, this clip of U2 & Eagles Of Death Metal - doing a cover of Patti Smith's "People Have The Power" in Paris, that was broadcast on HBO 12/7/2015, was a pretty cool moment in rock&roll history...

Disclaimer, I'm a fan of "The Voice", okay, I said it.  This season has been another good one, a guy named Jordan will win, it's a lock.
My favorite however didn't make it into the final 4, but close, her name is Amy.  A few weeks ago she made me a fan when she covered a song that I always thought was just another corny boy band song that I never liked, "Bye, bye, bye" by NSYNC, you know, Justin Timberlake's band, yuck.
But she flipped it, sang it to a rock-steady beat, almost Reggae, loved it!  I was sorry to see her go.

Ha. Ok.....I'll say it. I watched half a season of Dancing with the Stars. Uhhhmmmm....The first season of The Apprentice too.
I'll even admit I will just blast little Michael Jackson belting out I Want You Back or even Billie Jean.
I like this one too.

My office overlooks Kennedy Plaza in Providence. the public skate park directly across the street plays a loop of popular music.....over, and over, and over.....and over. I never liked Adele to begin with but I've learned to hate her song "Hello". That said, I love this cover.
