I bought it too, it might eventually be useful for me, but the focus is pretty narrow with a lot of repetition and despite the narrow focus there are few specific examples. for example, for off the water training they recommend working out in a gym. The aim of the book seems to be to sell what the book should actually contain, which is specific plan. The sample included in the book is pretty lackadaisical. By comparison I bought a book on training for the ironman (which I don't plan on competing in, but could use some disciplined training) and I found it to be very complete and prescriptive.
