I just got home with my new Glide! I love it!!!

Make sure you stand with your toes close to the black stripe at the front of the deck pad..

Most people stand a bit too far back.. Also try keeping your feet close together rather than out near the rails.

BTW.. I just put some tie down points on mine.

Had a blast this morning, I did try different foot positions (thanks for the tip!) as well as a few old fins I had laying around.

What kind of tie downs did you install?

I had a chance to install 4 plugs on the rear deck. I'm planning to put 6 more on the nose.  They worked great.

Ha..  

It's actually the north pacific sea star.. It came to our waters in a Japanese ships ballast water about ten years ago.. Each one can produce 20 million new ones.. There's a $500 fine if you throw them back into the water.. They have almost killed off all the local starfish.. Some days they are everywhere.. Someone must have thrown the iMac off the end of the pier..
