Correcting domed deck with pad?

My friend has a board that she really likes with a domed deck.  She feels that the angle that she has to stand is making her back hurt and would prefer a flatter surface to stand on.  Any ideas on wedge like pads to make this correction?

Maybe spec out the dimensions you need and ask NSI or Hydroturf to quote it? FSC pads have wedges on the side but you'd have to stand pretty wide till reach them...

NSI sells the wedges for the sides of a deck pad.
