Sheesh. That recovery seems like it's as much work as the work out.

My recovery consists of a cold IPA compress. Usually Lagunitas.  ;D

funny, at top of page of his article on recovery,it shows him sitting at an infinity pool in a resort in Wailea.Now THAT'S recovery.

I sit down with a hot water bottle on my lower back, have a beer and watch a film. Then do a bit of stretching...then sleep.
