The  "Drop up" ;D

I could never do the " put both hands on the board and Pop up"
The "drop up" is my favored way of looking smooth... otherwise, it's "climb the paddle shaft"

I'm getting to the point with these where I am more often then not skipping the knee stage all together and going tummy to standing, like a hardcore pushup only with help. That vid of Zane inspired me to try it more.
