Kalama workout

This looks pretty good and simple.  Might have to give this a shot!  I've got a gym membership but just can't bring myself to go.

Pono Bill posted a full Kalama Workout on here a while ago, with video and everything.  It had the warmup, stretching and the workout.

It might still be on the forum somewhere.  If you like this work out, then you will definately want to see that one.

When counting crunches, does 1 equal 1 elbow to 1 knee?  Really.  For some reason I count kicks singularly, but crunches in pairs.

I did a video project with Dave on his workout. It's supposed to be a paid site, or DVDs, or some other way to make a few bucks, but I got sidetracked with some paddle project. It's up and available for now, a bit disorganized. http://www.watermanworkout.com/

A small group of us use the kids play equipment in the local park a few times each week.
Hanging knee raises, chin ups, dips, pushups, etc and sometimes some sprints on the neighboring football field.
Some of the parks here have a dedicated exercise area with bars of different heights and types. Ours just has the climbing/sliding/swinging kids area which we make use of.

The Kalama workout looks pretty nice.  Some of those crunches Look killer.
