I thought the consensus (in another thread) was Surfline was annoying? 

I looked at Pacific Nicaragua just now on Bouy and http://www.globalsurfers.com/ ...Bouy had light winds .. GS has days worth into the 20's.  I have been told that normal wind patterns time of the year are for heavy winds 'till March. 

Supporting Bouy ...another very decent -free- resource http://www.windfinder.com ..has the winds fairly light also.
