Autumn atmospherics - It doesn' get much flatter than this

Probably one of the last lake sessions this year, and a memorable one it was. Some times it's good just to leave the kids and the  house to the missus, and go SUPing with the dog. There are several smaller lakes in my area, and this specific lake (Nøklevann) is about a 30 minute bikeride from my house.

Nice and glassy!  The calm before the snow! Or maybe not .. Always good to try to get another paddle in just in case...(though last year this attitude and the warm weather kept me paddling until just befor Christmas!)
I think it would be cool to be able to paddle one day and ski the next.  I'm going to try this year... As long as the lakes don't freeze up before there's enough snow.
