Hola,

Well, I took the Hull Paddler out for a spin today. Didn't make it to the ocean...my brother was visiting and it was his 1st time paddling...would have been too much for him. So STOKED...got to try the PSH and have my brother experience SUP'n. Does it get much better?

Back to the board...

I LOVE IT!!! It has great Glide...it's no full-displacement nose but I was impressed at how much glide I got out of it and how well it tracked. Not sure on the weight but I'd say it was in the mid-to high 20's...I doubt it made 30lbs. but not sure. It's initial stability was a little tippier than I expected(not bad tho)...quickly adjusted(never thought about it again)...the secondary stability is fantastic. The chined rails really help in that regard. I stepped back on the tail to do some pivot turns and wow is that thing responsive...yes, so much so I found the drink. LOL After a few attempts I found the "sweet" spot and was spinning around and around. I look forward to another go on it...ocean bound next time. Oh and it paddled decent into the wind.

It is now on HOLD for me. I will be putting deposit on it asap and making a few payments on it...it's the best I can do. I feel like a little kid waiting for xmas morning...it just can't happen soon enough.

I took some pic's with a disposable H2O cam...going to see if I can get them converted to digital this week.

Hope everyone reading this is having a great Labor Day weekend.  Be safe.

Yes, it was the 12'6" Boardworks version.

I am going to see if I can grab it again later this week to test it in some waves since we are actually going to be getting a swell.  ;D

Thanks SaltH2o

Wow, the nose (and tail) sure are thinned out.. The volume must be in the middle..
Definitely a surfing SUP board with the side bites (correct term..? ),
What's it weigh? - a guesstimate works just fine.

Actually, we did step on a scale with it...not digital though. We have it right about 29lbs w/ pad and fins. Definitely under 30...might even have been 28lbs.

Saw one in person.  Actually a pretty cool shape.  I am not into big boards but looks like would be fun on an outter sandbar with the quad setup.  Might have to pick one up next spring.

Enjoy it !  I like the all white too!
