Looks like another perfect day for everyone :).  Really liked the segment where you had all 3 of you riding on the same wave at once!
Watching all of your great videos sure helps keep my stoke up, especially when it's raining with no real wind to speak of at the moment. As always, thanks for sharing!!

Thanks.. btw.. That should be Glide 1 vs Glide 2

My friend Bruce is on the original Glide 1.. I'm on the second Glide 2 shape (with the new 2014 colors)

I did a second run yesterday and a friend who used the Glide 3 (the new 2014 shape) and I wish I had taken my camera because the conditions were even better and we got so many great really long runners very close together side by side.. They absolutely loved the new Glide.. Naish had a demo day at that finishing point of our downwinder and there was a constant line of people waiting to try the new Glide.. Everyone loved it and I know of a few that have now put their order in after paddling it.. It really is so much better than the past two Glides.

I got to run the Glide 3 in 36 knots today - had been gusting to 42 just before I started and the conditions were on!

The new shape just loved it (and me too) its actually easier than the older Glides despite the much reduced nose rocker, the entry (rails) just absorb all chop and makes it a dream dropping in sideways etc. You control your speed by merely walking back and forth on the board, if you don't want it to run too deep in the through (to prevent running up the back of swell in front) you merely step back a little and play with putting weight on front foot/back foot - works like a gas pedal in a car, insane control.

It also reacts instantly to footsteering so you can ride off to the side easily - it really is a revelation. Its everything the 23LE is, without the wobble - ok, not quite, the LE still has insane acceleration off the paddlestroke and will push through bumps in front a little easier, but its's the same kind of feeling. Stoked!

I reckon it will go even better in 45-50knots - I had such a great run today......

I placed an order for the Glide GX. The shipment is due soon. Wondered if you have had more adventures on the new Glide. Appreciate being able to see the board in action!

Are you kidding? Assuming you're location is Rock Hall MD, Chesapeake Bay is a world class downwind sup destination.

I've never paddled it but I've been out there in my sail boat surfing downwind on perfect 2 to 4 foot swells all day long. The possibilities are endless. Just pick your ports and wait for the right wind direction. Windspeed, tide and water depth will determine wave size.
