Anyone else doing Paleo?

Just curious if Paleo has caught on yet with any fellow SUP'ers.

My wife and I both started following the Paleo diet/lifestyle on January 23rd, and we've both had great results.

I started at 244 and weigh 203 as of this AM.

My wife started at 160 and is at 129 as of this AM.

On top of the weight loss, we've both lost lots and lots of size and we feel overall much healthier. Alot of the strange aches and pains have subsided, not to mention most of my stomach problems have cleared up.

It's a diet I'd recommend to most anyone, and I look forward to following it for a long while and see what future results we can attain. If anyone's got any questions feel free to ask away too, I'm more than happy to help anyone curious about it.

Yeah check it out, it's one of the longest threads on this forum although they call it primal.  Huge info storehouse.

I thought that was a joke for a minute. This place is paleo central. That's almost a big a thread as the Ke Nalu and SUP vehicles.
