Aside from the obvious gorgeous girl, is that paddle have a bend closer to the handle or is that just flex? I know I'm pretty new but the other bent shaft paddles I've seen have different looking bends.

Yeah I noticed that too an wondered about it.  It's an interesting photo combination:  coiled leash all tangled behind her ankle, strange bent shaft, beach cover-up shirt casually worn...and then she's just ripping this wave.  Like she had no plans to surf that day and just threw it together.  And now she's ripping.  Beautiful women make everything seem effortless.
