When ever I hear a man mention a speedo, I can't  help but remember a Mercedes Parts ad from way back on the dark ages (or when guys actually wore speedos)  It was an overweight guy standing on a beach in a speedo.  The caption was "just because it fits does not mean it works right".

The Larry Bertlemann side trip is interesting.  He's probably out of jail, at least in Hawaii. I don't think it had anything to do with hot babes on sups.

Almost hate to post this, since the point of this thread is the photos, but anyhow---the vast majority of the women in the photos are very healthy, active and fit   It's hugely positive that people here's views of "hotness" align with those traits. 

That may be more true in the world outside standupzone than it used to be, but not by much.  Looking healthy and fit are still not valued nearly as much as being very tall and very thin.  There's nothing wrong with either, but it's not a bad thing for women who know they will never be as tall or thin as most women they see in advertising to see that people view fit, active and  healthy as being hot.
